Construction
Made out of bundy tube duly lead covered for mounting on side of vessels and easy removal and cleaning and fitted with CI casted junction box for terminating for power line.
Application
These heaters are designed for use in electro plating baths, solution whose solution attack steel sheated heaters but which are non-corrosive to lead. these heaters used in chrome plating bath, sulphuric acid solution. Also suitable for nickle and copper plating bath application. Mainly used in Sulphuric acid pickling baths upto 10% concentration but no other acid.
