Designer ABS Plastic Casing
Outer casing is made of superior quality,sturdy, rust proof ABS plastic.

Inner Copper Tank
The inner tank is constructed from pure electrolytic copper of 99% purity suitable for both hard and sofr water with a capacity of 3lit. It can withstand pressure upto 100 psi which is more than double the normal working pressure.

Heating Element
The heating element is tubular, mineral filled, copper sheathed and nickel plated conforming to IS 4159 : 83 in 2/3/4.5 kw rating.

Imported Adjustable Thermostat (LX-3L)
An imported capillary thermostat, which is adjustable, to regulate hot water temperature has been provided for better accuracy and safety.

Thermostat (LX-3LE)
A stem type, 175 mm (7"), with snap action switch conforming to IS 3017 : 85 is provided.

Additional Triple Safety
The water heater has also been fitted with:

a) Safety Valve
To relieve pressure exceeding 50 psi from the inner tank.

b) Thermal Cut-out
Set at 90°C, it acts as an additional temperature controlling device preventing over heating and has a reset push button which is to be operated manually.

c) Fusible Plug
In the unlikely event of other safety devices failling, the fusible plug melts at 95°C and releases the hot water and steam.

PUF Insulation
PUF Insulation provided in two halves results in 30% energy saving ensuring lower running costs.
