COMMERCIAL ELECTIC WATER HEATERS

"SPHEREHOT" -Commercial Electrical Water Heater are designed and built to perform heavy duty tasks in Hotels, Hospitals, Public Places, Swimming Pools, Jacuzzies, etc., where hot water is required often and in large quantities. They are built with heavy insulation to minimise the heat loss and maximise operating efficiency. Above all, they provide economic solutions for heating water.

The large storage capacity makes it possible to operate at a low operating temperature which results in substantial reduction in electricity consumption and reduces scale deposits and heat losses considerably.

 
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
VERTICAL FLOOR MOUNTING

E WATER CONNECTION
Inlet at botton and outlet at top are 1" B.S.P.T.
F OUTER CASING
Made from steel sheet finished in white stoving enamel with the under-coat of phosphate.
 G TEMPERATURE CONTROL
An adjustable stem type Thermostat bearing ISI certification mark IS 3017 is provided on each heater flange.
H TERMINAL BOX
Covering the terminals of Heating Elements and Thermostat Control.
.I ELEMENTS
Specially designed low loaded Ceramic Cartridge Heaters conforming to IS 3724 for easy, replacement without draining water.
J WATER CONTAINER
Made from steel, hot deep galvanised to pervent corrosion. Tested at 7 kg/cm²(100 psi).
K JUNCTION BOX
Terminal provided for taking wires to control panel. Heavy duty contactors are provided for long lasting life.
L INSULATION
A thick blanket of S. G. Wool insulation keeps the loss of heat to a minimum level.
M OVER TEMPERATURE
A rellable high limit control will pervent overtheating. Resetting is manual.
H TERMINAL BOX
Covering the terminals of Heating Elements and Thermostat Control, connected at factory.
I ELEMENTS
Specially designed low loaded Ceramic Cartridge Heaters conforming to IS 3724 for easy, replacement without draining water.
E WATER CONNECTION
Inlet at bottom and outlet at top are 1" B.S.P.T.
N DRAIN COCK
A brass cock to drain water.

Notes : These large capacity floor mounting water heaters are available in VERTICAL as well as
HORIZONTAL types and do not require any foundation.

CONTROL PANEL

Bulk Head Mounting Type provided with ON/OFF switch, indicating lamp and appropriate contactor switch for long lasting life suitable for standard 3-Phase, 4-wire, 50 Hz/Sec. A.C.
The Water Heaters can also be supplied for any other voltage, if required.

Custom-built Commercial Water Heaters
Apart from the standard range, custom-built commercial water heaters with variation of electrical load, plumbing connections, with a specific inter-connection - electrical or otherwise - for a specific requirement of hot water quantity at a particular temperature can be designed and supplied on special request.
